 I like the red x on each item to allow quick deletion (even though you
 can't check several to do at once) as mocked up by @melchoyce. However, is
 that option hidden until the user clicks the **Reorder** button? I'm not
 sure I would think to do that if I wanted to delete things and not
 reorder.
