 [attachment:43435.6.diff] is a first pass based on [attachment:Privacy
 Tools.png] suggestions.

 It still needs the appropriate texts to be filled instead of `Lorem Ipsum`
 etc but other than that it should be ok following @melchoyce 's mockup +
 input.

 Note for @melchoyce I've added the divider ( <hr> ) permanently instead of
 showing it after selecting or creating a page just to have a permanent
 division between explanation + the actual 'tools'. But we could still go
 on showing/hiding it with the Edit - View message if it feels off.
