 I've looked at the list of tickets tagged for GDPR, but don't see one
 concerning the right to download all PII held by the WP Foundation. Based
 on https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/43492#comment:23, it appears
 that there is PII being stored (at least in the cases of stored website
 URLs that can be visited to identify a specific person whom the website
 belongs to). What will be the mechanism for site owners to be able to
 exercise the GDPR's mandated right to download that PII? Does a new ticket
 need to be created to track that?
