 You're right. It absolutely does.

 The additional text starts with headers to suggest a process. It's value
 neutral so as not to scare someone. But also can create a pause so that
 people don't just blindly click a button.

 By putting the button in the second column, we essentially highlight that
 there's a step one before a step two. Again, it's a way to make sure
 people are paying attention to the fact that they'll be testing something
 - which is reinforced by the third column.

 Even if they don't read anything but the headers, the layout now helps put
 their action in context and prepares them for what they're about to do.
