 - The screen contains some sort of explanation at the top, describing what
 this page is for and why it's important.
 - The select/create options have been combined into one setting. The
 existing setting, in which they're separate options, makes it look like
 you can do both — when really, this is an either/or option.
 - After selecting or creating a page, there's a subtle `#E5E5E5` divider
 between the edit/view options and the options to change your page. The
 "create" option returns.

 I made a couple copy edits for both clarity and overall tone. Copy should
 be friendly, but informative, and guide people towards next steps where
 applicable.

 - "Select a Privacy Policy page" → "Select a Privacy Policy page"
  - The two options are:
  - "Either select an existing page:"
  - "Either select an existing page:"
 - Button labels:
  - "Set Page" → "Use This Page"
  - "Create Page" → "Create New Page"
  - General think this makes them a little more clear.
 - Success upon selecting or creating a page:
  - "Privacy policy page updated successfully." → "Your Privacy Policy page
 has been created. You’ll want to review and edit your policy next." (with
 "review and edit your policy" linking to the "Edit Page" screen)
 - Success upon changing your page:
  - "Privacy policy page updated successfully." → "Privacy Policy page
 updated successfully. Remember to update your menus!" (with "update your
 menus" linking to the menu panel in the Customizer)
 - Edit/View after selecting or changing:
  - "Edit or view your privacy policy." → "Edit or view your privacy policy
 page content."
 - The about blurb needs to be written.
