 It works in the title. It does not work in visual or text editing. It
 works in tags. It does not work in theme seo settings meta description,
 but it did in meta keywords. It does work in profile editing. It is a
 built-in keyboard setting on the mac. I don't know what I upgraded from,
 it's done automatically by my host.

 Not sure if you also saw the part that the text editing tools also scroll
 away in safari?
