 1. Does the issue still happen with all plugins disabled and a default
 theme (Twenty Seventeen) activated?
 2. Is it new in 4.8.2? I don't see anything in the
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/log/tags/4.8.2/src?action=follow_copy&mode=follow_copy&rev=41590&stop_rev=41212&limit=100&sfp_email=&sfph_mail=
 changelog] that would cause this.
