 The plugin does handle the uploading of a plugin with the same (or
 similar) plugin slug, by moving and renaming the existing plugin and
 installing the new plugin.

 So I suppose the question is, by adding the pre upload/install
 notification as outlined above, is that enough of a check against
 uploading a previous version of the same plugin or uploading a different
 plugin with the same or similar slug?
