 There's still an inline comment
 `// @todo Add tests for api.Menus.NewMenuControl`

 referencing `wp.customize.Menus.NewMenuControl` which was completely
 removed. See also #42357 by @herregroen. Maybe this removal needs to be at
 least mentioned in a dev-notes post?
