 still working as expected here. Make sure the definition is in the correct
 config file, make sure there's no typo, etc.

 Have done that 4 times now but as I have checked my 2 other WP sites I can
 see its working for them so it must be something that has been corrupted
 for this site. I will try to manually re-install all wp-admin and wp-
 includes files from a fresh copy I have downloaded from wordpress.org. I
 hope that will help.
