Comment:

 `40854-no-postid-requirement-in-parse-embed-ajax.diff` modifies the AJAX
 check to have the `post_ID` optional when making a `parse-embed` request.

 This way the Text Widget's Rich Text editor properly receives the rendered
 Embed code.
