 Looking good, @Joen!

 In [attachment:41316.6.diff]:

 - As much as I'm a fan of making people read things, I guess we should
 make the "Dismiss" button actually work. Now it does.
 - Add a "New Editor" option to the Screen Options panel on the Dashboard.
 - Tweak the Shiny Install behaviour, so that activating redirects to the
 Gutenberg Demo page.

 Speaking of shiny installs, should the install button read "Download
 Today", or "Install Today"? It seems the latter is more accurate.
