 Quickly testing latest patch, I'm not sure this should happen in the
 plugin list table, see below:

 when plugins have no icon, the readability suffers. Ideally, text should
 be aligned but in the plugin list table I'm wondering if there should be
 icons in the first place.

 In the plugin update table:

 When plugins have no icon consider to align text or maybe use a generic
 fallback icon.
