Comment:

 I think we should consider reverting this. It doesn't seem like it's
 forward compatible, as hinted by
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/40040#comment:13 failing tests]
 after it was introduced. It creates a visual regression that is hard to
 mitigate without updating every theme that displays author meta, following
 the example set by default themes.

 @johnbillion, what are your thoughts?
