 [attachment:phpcs.xml.8.dist] adds WordPress-Docs.

 Before: 90696 errors and 21582 warnings in 1231 files.
 After: 19297 errors and 1888 warnings in 1108 files.

 It seems like only a handful of the docs problems are fixed by `phpcbf`.
