 Thanks for reporting this, although this sounds like it might be caused by
 #42579 - as it [https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/sakura-rs-wp-
 ssl/trunk/modules/model/force-ssl.php?rev=1767412&marks=94-120#L84 looks
 like your plugin uses `extract_from_markers()`].

 Can you test your plugin by either applying the changes in [42213] or by
 using the [http://wordpress.org/nightly-builds/wordpress-4.9-latest.zip
 latest 4.9.1-alpha release].
