 As performance must be a theme developer concern as well, maybe we can
 disable this as default and add a support to developers who creates themes
 with a lot of files activate this feature.

 We can do that cache just in parent theme too.

 This way we are covering the 3rd party premium themes and not being a
 problem to users who creates files into your (child) themes.
