 I'm a bit confused that it is tagged Public Preview but still requires
 login to core wp-admin, but it is available there for review. I wanted to
 use an animated gif to show the new menu creation flow and ability to
 create menus from the All Locations view, but the ones I was creating were
 10MB which is too large. I ended up using smaller static images but feel
 like something is missing.
