 Wanted to note here that during testing of the media widgets, a bug in the
 current version of MediaElement was hit:

 https://github.com/xwp/wp-core-media-widgets/issues/130

 Currently the bug causes YouTube videos to loop even when the
 {{{wp_video_shortcode}}} has loop set to false.
