 It really, really irritates me that we're ALL stuck with a piss-poor
 editor in a feeble attempt to cater to the tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny minority
 of people that use screen readers. What is it - .000001%?

 How about majority rules. If you need a screen reader it's YOUR
 responsibility to figure it out - not the other way around.

 This is why nothing meaningful gets done by core.
