 No lies, that is actually the same OGV file I was using for testing
 purposes on my end - googled "sample OGV" and it came right up. Just to be
 sure, I re-downloaded from your URL, re-tested and did get the same
 output:

 MIME: application/ogg
 }}}

 I ran that file through an online MIME checker and it reports back
 video/ogg, so I'm not sure which is correct.
