 Welcome @alirizwan17
 Although what you describe may feel annoying, we can't really do anything
 about your ticket here, for several reasons:
 1. You don't give enough information to even have the slightest chance of
 re-creating the problem. (It's not even clear if you actually were
 visiting a blog on wordpress.com, rather than some blog with a totally
 different URL, which is using the wordpress.org framework.
 2. The kind of behavior you mention here is not a part of the
 wordpress.org core functionality. If there's a bug here, then it is most
 probably located in one of the plugins that the blog owner uses. (Then a
 bug should be reported to the developer of that plugin.)
 3. In some situations, this kind of problem may also happen, for instance,
 if your browser is blocking javascript or cookies.

 So for the moment, there is not much to do here. If you still happen to
 know that this for sure is a bug in wordpress.org core, then you should
 reopen this ticket and provide more information.
