 @westonruter Looking for feedback on "hard-deprecating" the
 `prepare_controls()`, `add_tab()`, `remove_tab()`, and `print_tab_image()`
 methods in `WP_Customize_Image_Control. See [attachment:0004-missing-
 _deprecated_function-calls-methods.patch]. They were deprecated in 4.1.
