 ^^ repository is updated, and now in the Customizer with Custom CSS.  Also
 both the Theme and Plugin editors.

 Disclaimer: if you're running Jetpack, something may go splat.  I don't
 know, haven't tested it yet, but it's messing around in the same area of
 the Customizer that Jetpack is, so one may win over the other -- if that
 happens, just deactivate the Jetpack Custom CSS module to test this.
