 For the mockup of the "disabled" plugin, I don't think it should be red. I
 think it should be more like other things that are "disabled", which is
 gray or reduced opacity, instead of drawing attention to something you
 can't use.

 And I think the messaging would be a little different for plugins that are
 not tested up the version that is on the site, but it should also look
 "disabled".
