Comment:

 Hello,

 After seeing the code I found out that the <em> was getting replace by <i>
 in the same situation as <strong> so I've fixed that also in this ticket
 given the oportunity.

 Please make another test, I did on Chrome / Firefox / Edge without having
 issues.

 Everything should remain as <strong> and <em> now.
