 It looks like we can do cron jobs from the main `.travis.yml` now - by
 checking for the `TRAVIS_EVENT_TYPE` environment variable being set to
 `cron`.

 It's unfortunate that Travis still doesn't (and will probably never)
 support includes in the `.travis.yml` file, because this is going to make
 ours ludicrous.
