 swissspidy's comment above yours where he directs you to the correct place
 to find help for your problem.

 If this bug was a problem in core WordPress, thousands of people would
 have experienced it by now. The most likely cause is a bug with a plugin
 or theme on your site, or a problem with your hosting environment. Your
 best bet is to post in the support forums, or get in touch with your web
 host.
