 hi,

 i'm using wordpress 4.4.3. while on pc, I can drag and drop media. but on
 mobile browser, drag and drop does not work. i've read ticket #31652, and
 replaced corresponding lines as
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/38793 said. but drag and drop
 still not works on mobile. can anybody help me? thx in advance
