 @bobbingwide now that you mention it, I did seem to recall there being
 such an option. However, I haven't seen it in quite some time. It doesn't
 appear on my Writing settings page. It turns out that the option only
 appears on old installs:  https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/blob/4.8.0/src/wp-admin/options-writing.php#L59-L69

 The option was removed in [32454] for #5161.
