 I'm trying to use Page Template for custom post type and it looks like it
 is working the only issue is that after saving the custom post type the
 Post Attribute side bar disappears and if i go on Screen Options and
 uncheck than check again the Post Attributes the options show on side bar
 but still disappears after I update the post.
