 @wido It will currently allow whatever is allowed in post content. So if
 Kses is expanded to allow for more tags in post content, then those tags
 will be allowed in the Custom HTML widget. This only applies if a user
 doesn't have the `unfiltered_html` capability, in which case they can use
 any HTML whatsoever
