 Yes, it's documented on https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/testing
 /automated-testing/phpunit/#groups. `@ticket` annotations are very helpful
 for quickly running tests related to a specific ticket, and way easier
 than using `git blame`. We usually add those for bug tickets, not
 enhancements or new tickets. In this case here I think they're absolutely
 fine.
