 Latest update:

 * There appears to be nothing in the way of ticket 14 (#39205), 15
 (#39206) and 16 (#39676). These will probably be committed soon.
 * Before opening a ticket for 17, #39156 must be finished.
 * Before opening a ticket for 19, #39677 must be finished. #38673 is also
 related here.
