 I'm using Twenty Seventeen as my main theme. I tried disabling all plugins
 and enabled them one at a time, and it seems that [https://noccy.com/wp-
 admin/plugin-install.php?tab=plugin-information&plugin=download-
 manager&TB_iframe=true&width=600&height=550 Download Manager] might have
 got something to do with it. Let me know if you need any more information.
