 @rmccue I appreciate the feedback. I was unaware of this nuance, as @dd32
 usually handled the random_compat upstream synchronizing.

 When I get v0.2.0 released (probably tonight) with
 crypto_aead_chacha20poly1305_* (for Noise), I'll send an updated patch.
