 Same as @stiofansisland - On my server where it works, it throws the
 info() error. That said, it's not related to why it's working or not.

 That just means I have to enable it. Of course when I do I get this:

 Warning: finfo_file(): Empty filename or path in /check-mimetype.php on
 line 4

 Tested on PHP 5.6 and 7.0 and everything uploads fine here on DreamHost
 boxes. I can get more info if needed.
