 Since #19257, CPTs have a "Featured Image" label and a few accompanying
 strings.

 In Russian, that string traditionally includes a post type reference for
 clarity. I'd like to add a post type context to the related strings to
 make them more flexible (like "Add New").

 (On a related note, it would be great to rename `use_featured_image` to
 `use_as_featured_image` for better consistency, but that ship has sailed.)
