Comment:

 Minor visual breakages were expected. Noticed a couple so far:

 In IE 11 (doesn't happen on modern browsers): the post boxes `handlediv`
 shows the underline

 In all browsers: the Customizer "reorder toggle" needs some love: the
 button contains some span elements that use their own colors so on some
 button states, text and underline have different colors:
