 There's three main ways this phrase is used IIRC:
  - The link you've followed has expired (`please go back and try again`?)
  - You don't have access to that area (`please as your WordPress
 Administrator if you believe you should have access to it`?)
  - Something completely unexpected happened, and this is all the error
 handling we have for it

 I'm definitely +1 for changing this, although I'd prefer to do the above 3
 generic type responses first round, rather than have it changed multiple
 times.
