 I'm glad it works for you. It's great, super even!

 However that doesn't mean that @simonp303 doesn't have a problem with this
 functionality. In my view the best qualities of open source is, well, open
 source, and collaboration, and WordPress is especially famous for an
 inclusive, welcoming, and collaborative tone, so all problems, regardless
 of the reporter's level of technical expertise or language capabilities
 (English as a second language, etc) can get help and are not discouraged
 from future participation by people who shoot them down. Hope that's fair
 :).

 Going back to the issue. Downgrading back to 4.8.3 makes the template
 appear. Using 4.9.1 doesn't. There is a genuine problem here. It warrants
 further examination.
