 Hey @pkbhatt,
 If you're not experiencing any issues without plugins and just using the
 default themes, then it sounds like one of your plugins or theme is
 causing a Javascript error which is preventing other Javascript running.

 You'll need to enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that's
 causing the issue and report it to the plugin author. You may also find
 details in the browser Javascript console which identifies a plugin.

 As this doesn't appear to be a core issue, I'm going to close this ticket,
 however if you find anything which shows that WordPress core is at fault,
 you can re-open the ticket.
