 So probably actually we can do:

 * Continue to use Po/Mo actual system for l10n files
 * Implement the support for the PHP native po/mo php module (we need to
 improve the performance in any case and improve the actual platform for
 l10n with this support)
 * Later when this new implementation will be available evaluate what to do
 for new formats for WordPress

 So actually we have to evaluate what is the best option between dynamic-
 mo-loader and ginger-mo.
 I will try to do performance tests with them and comparison with the help
 of xDebug.
