 Wide widgets normally float over the preview (see
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/41623/wide-text-widget-
 fixed.png screenshot]). However, in mobile there is no preview shown. As
 such, wide widgets should be shown like non-widgets, completely in the
 controls pane. This not happening currently, and in fact the wide widgets
 are displayed smashed up against the side of the window.
