Comment:

 I tried reproducing this on Windows 10/Chrome. I do not see this behavior.

 With the default image sizes, the list drops down and I expected it to go
 out of window when I added more image sizes.

 But after addition of more image sizes, the list expanded upwards and
 hence this issue is not seen.
