 Hi @nilslappenbusch, welcome to Trac! Thanks for the report.

 There is no ` ` in WordPress core, see the [source:tags/4.6.1/src/wp-
 includes/functions.php#L1305 do_robots() function].

 There is, however, a `do_robotstxt` hook in that function, which may be
 used by a plugin.

 Could you check if the issue still exists with all plugins disabled and a
 default theme (Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Fifteen) activated?
