 I totally agree @joehoyle We should avoid redirections to avoid breaking
 CORS.

 I'm not familiar with the arguments behind the choice of avoiding resource
 duplication on different URLs (Maybe related to caching), naively, I would
 have just done it. But extensive usage of `_links` instead of redirections
 could be a good compromise.
