 Many plugins offer a System Status report/tool so they can find important
 information to debug support issues for their users/clients. Many of these
 all collect the same information such as PHP details, MySQL details,
 resource limits, installed/active plugins & themes, etc.

 Some plugins that offer this feature include:
 * Woocommerce
 * Monster Insights Analytics
 * etc.

 I propose WordPress core has one system status report, and plugins and
 themes could then hook into to add extra specific information as needed.
