 The attachments themselves could be defined in the same way as other
 `posts`, with a named symbol like `attachment_header_image`, and then this
 could be referenced as the value of a `thumbnail` as
 `{{attachment_header_image}}`. The `attachment` posts could accept an
 additional `file_url` param to point to the remote location which would
 then get downloaded when the starter content is imported.
