 In [attachment:38672.extensibility.2.diff]:

 * Introduce `customize_value_custom_css` filter in
 `WP_Customize_Custom_CSS::value()` method.
 * Introduce `customize_update_custom_css_post_content_args` filter in
 `WP_Customize_Custom_CSS::update()` method.
 * Restore `final` keyword on `WP_Customize_Custom_CSS`.

 Also updated the [https://github.com/xwp/wp-custom-scss-demo Custom SCSS
 Demo] plugin to [https://github.com/xwp/wp-custom-scss-
 demo/commit/fb1693d6c79717456e9c7f6b4b5c4b4e8cc24f44 make use of the new
 filters].
